Two Vintners - 2018 "Sal" Cabernet Sauvignon

Mix of dark fruit, cherries, and light oak on the nose. Bold dark fruit, blueberries, baking spices with a nice silky mouthfeel. Some salinity throughout. Progresses with slightly chewy but balanced tannins. Lengthy finish of blueberries, cocoa, and tobacco. Very well balanced cab without excessive oak, yet with complexity. Awesome!
