Tranche - 2020 Pape

59% Grenache, 27% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, 4% Mourvedre. Blue Mountain Vineyard. Sweet and floral nose of black cherries, white flowers, and baking spice. Incredibly smooth, and floating on the palate. Juicy, cool, black cherries, strawberry compote, anise, and coffee bean, with touch of savoriness of sage and flecks of white pepper. Firmly structured with rounded tannins, and a lasting slightly drying finish. The addition of Cinsault is interesting. Awesome!
