The Untold Story - 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

Bold, rich and fruit forward, offering juicy ripe red and black cherries, hints of dried herb and preserved orange peel. Dark and brooding with a firm backbone of leather, tobacco, and toasted oak. The finish is long with drying tannins and pressed, seedy fruit. Very food friendly. Tightly wound, opening up beautifully with long decant or next day 2x better.
