Quiddity - 2022 Risibility Rose

100% Mourvedre. A pretty deep pink and copper in the glass. Aromas of grapefruit and lemon zest with hints of grass. The palate is focused, with a burst of juicy ruby grapefruit and lemon, and mint. Mouthfeel is pleasant, soft and smooth, with balanced rounded acidity. Surprising notes of pine nut emerges with mildly drying tannins lingering on the finish. A rose with some nice complexity. Should pair well with a nutty cheese, e.g. Gruyere.
