Quiddity - 2020 Cur Non (Mourvedre)

Beautiful aromas of dark cherries, stewed plums, black tea with savory herb and touch of smoke. The palate is light, silky smooth improving vastly the next day, with fruitful juicy cherries, game and notes of coffee. Nice structure and finish with integrated tannins, pink peppercorn and hint of mint. A complex and original Mourvedre. Serve slightly chilled and decant well.
