Idilico - 2021 Monastrell

Slightly smoky, with aromas of dark cherry, toffee , and violets. Soft, smooth, full and swimming on the palate. Bold blackberries, black cherries, and red plum, black pepper, with soft, well integrated tannins. Followed by vibrant notes of slightly tart red cherries and smoky chipotle and drying tannins on the finish.
