Columbia Winery - 2019 Cabernet Franc

Dense and chewy compote of black currant, blackberries and blueberries. This is offset by bitter and sweet tobacco and dry leathery tannins. The palate is rich, full and coating, with accents of generous black and white pepper and heat. Finish is long with notes of espresso, drawn out by dusty drying tannins. A focused, plush, fruit forward cab franc. Scrumptious.
