A tropical and floral bouquet on the nose. A big Chenin Blanc, slightly creamy on the palate. Soft sweetness, with concentrated, juicy Ruby grapefruit, pineapple, Asian pear, lychee and lime explosion on the palate. The acidity is gentle. Dried flowers, White pepper and sharpness of rind brighten the finish. Pairs well with heavier Seafood dishes.
