Category 5 - Cabernet Franc 2019

A light, delicate cab franc. Complex aromas of candied cherries, sandalwood, crushed stone up front, with inviting, gentle scents of vanilla, butterscotch, and leather. The palate is soft, light and velvety, with a medium body of layered strawberries and red cherries. The fruit is balanced with round acidity, and soft, integrated tannins. The finish is long, transforming into bright pomegranate, then resolving with notes of vanilla, white pepper and eucalyptus. Incredible balance and complexity. A stunner!
