Cairdeas - 2018 Carignan

Medium garnet in the glass. Heavy leather on the nose, licorice, oak, light smoke. Stewed ripe raspberries, strawberries, anise, nutmeg, and fall spices on the palate from beginning to end. Incredibly smooth and weightless. Finish is to the point, bright cherry and acid, touch of black pepper.
