A dark and brooding, dry cab with thick cassis, blackberries, red currant, and smoldering oak. Espresso, spicy black pepper and grippy tannins provide a hefty skeleton to pair with rich red meat, ie steak. A wine with a purpose at a reasonable price point. Decant well.
