This summer just got tastier, for white, and lighter wines. Cedergreen Cellars is doing a great job of creating some light and fresh varietals, with a focus on also being food friendly. I would recommend grabbing a bottle of the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc, 2021 Chenin Blanc, and a surprising varietal for Washington - the 2018 Gamay Noir.
